Moose in a Dream
The moose is by far the largest member of the deer family. An adult moose stands six and a half feet tall at its shoulder and weighs as much as 1,800 pounds. Its antlers alone weigh about fifty pounds, and can grow an inch a day. The antlers are also extremely sensitive; a moose can detect when a fly lands on them. In Britain, the word elk is used for what North Americans call a moose. In the past, moose were hunted for their antlers and meat, but today they are protected animals in both North America and Europe. Dreaming of a moose is a sign that you'll shortly be faced with a large and unwieldy problem. You'll need to step back and look at it dispassionately. When you do this, the solution will become obvious.
